The border of Cambodia since it independance is protected by Geneva Conference on 1954 and the Paris Peace Agreement on 1991.


This border is break by Vietnam in invading Cambodia on 1979

 Vietnam sizes 30.000 Km2 of continental shelf, control 10.000 Km2 others interior water of Cambodia in compelling this one to sign the 1982 Treaty who is in trangression of the Vienna Convention of the treaties.

Because of the treaty betwen Popular Republic of Kampuchea and   Socialist Republic of Vietnam on 1982, Thailand was to be able to conclude with Vietnam the treaty to   demarcate the continental shelf of these two countries  behind Cambodia's back.
