Vietnam  has   recognized this border :
- in so far as the signatory country of Geneva Agreements on 1954
- by the declaration of Mr PHAM Van Dong First Minster in the National Assembly of   his Country on 8 Jun 1967

The Vietnam betraies all the signatories country of Geneva Conference on 1954 and the Vietnamease people in invading Cambodia by forces on 1979 and in  compelling Cambodia to sign the  Friendship, Peace and Cooperations traety who is not others than the treaty of occupation of Cambodia.
