POLICE DE CARACTERES KHMERES DE STANDARD UNICODE

គណ:កម្មាធិការព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា មានសេចក្តីរីករាយ និង ដាក់ជូនសំរាប់ប្រើប្រាស់ នូវក្រមអក្សរខ្មែរ Unicode ។ ក្រមអក្សរ និង កន្លែង របស់វា នៅលើពានអក្សរ បានរៀបចំឡើងអស់រយ:ជាច្រើនឆ្នាំ ដោយ េលាក ស៊ាន ម៉ាសាវ៉ាង លោក តុប ស៊ីដេន និង លោក ខៀវ ឡេង ។ ហេតុដូចម្តេចបានជាយើង សុខចិត្ត ដាក់ជូនប្រើដោយឥតគិតថ្លៃ ?
មានហេតុ បីយ៉ាងដែលសំរេចឲយើងធ្វើ ៖
១-យើងយល់ថា ខ្មែរទាំងឡាយ
ត្រូវមានជាចាំបាច់មានអក្សរខ្មែរ នៅលើកំព្យូទ័រ ដូចសាស្រ្ត ឯទៀតដែរ
២-យើងចង់ឲខ្មែរទាំងអស់គ្នាអាចឆ្លងឆ្លើយគ្នាបានតាម កំព្យូទ័រ - អិនធើណែត
៣-យើងឲឈ្មោះ ក្រមអក្សរទាំងនោះ ដូចឈ្មោះ ស្រុក ភូមិ កោះ ស្រុកខ្មែរ ដែលក្លាយទៅជាបរទេស ឬ និងក្លាយទៅជា បរទេស ។
នៅពេលណាយើងប្រើក្រមអក្សរទាំងនោះ វាអង្វរប្រាប់យើងថា "សូមជួយការពារខ្ញុំផង" បើមិនខំខ្នាស់ខ្នែងការពារ ស្រុក
ភូមិ កោះ ទាំងនោះទេ វា និង ក្លាយទៅជារបស់នៃប្រទេសជិតខាងជាមិនខាន។

ខ-ដាក់ក្រមអក្សរនោះឲខ្មែរជាទូទៅប្រើប្រាស ជាសាធារណ:

Chères compatriotes et chers compatriotes
Le Comité des Frontières du Cambodge a le plaisir de
mettre à votre disposition une liste de Police de caractères Khmères au
standard Unicode. Ces polices et les dispositions des Claviers ont
conçues pendant plusieurs années par M. SEAN Masavang, M. TOP Syden, M.
KHIEU Léng . Pourquoi nous mettons à votre disposition gracieusement
toutes ces Polices ?
Trois raisons principales qui nous guident notre decisions :
1- Nous estimons que les Cambodgiens ont le droit d'avoir son écriture Khmer disponible sur l'ordinateur.
2- Nous voulons que tous les Khmers peuvent se communiquer et utiliser les
Polices standards partout
3- Nous donnons à tous nos polices un nom d'un localité de nos
territoires qui deviennent étranger ou est menacé de l'être.Quand vous
les utiliserez ces noms ils vous supplicent tous simplement "défendez-moi" . Si nous ne
faisons rien pour les défendre ils passeront sûrement aux pays voisins.
Le Commité des Frontière du Cambodge peut transformer
vos Polices de caractères non Unicode en Unicode si vous le
souhaitez à deux conditions :
a - son nom doit-être celui d'un localité de notre territoire répondant
aux critères au dessus
b - laisser votre Police à la disposition de tous les Khmers.
Pour celà envoyez-nous votre police à cfc/cbc

Dear compatriots
The Cambodia Border Committee have the pleasure to place at your disposal a list of Unicode Khmer Font . These Khmer Fonts and the Keyboard Layout are conceived during several years per Mr. SEAN Masavang, Mr. TOP Syden, Mr. KHIEU Léng. Why we gracefully place at your disposal all these Khmer Font ?
Three principal reasons which guide us our decisions:
1 - We estimate that all Cambodian people have the right to have its writing Khmer available on the computer.
2 - We want that all the Cambodian people can communicate in Khmer via the Computer ( Internet ... )
3 - We give to all Khmer Font a name of a locality of our territories which become foreign or is threatened to will
be.While we use them , its ask you simply "please defend me" . If we don't do anything to defend them
they will surely pass to the neibourght countries.
The Cambodia Border Committee can transform your Khmer Font not Unicode into the Unicode one if you wish to do under two conditions:
a - its name must be that of a locality of our territory answering the above criteria.
b - to place to the disposal of all Cambodian people.
To do send your Khmer Font to cfc/cbc.
